- Is this the same place as Be Well LA?
- Yes. Same address, same clinicians, same phone number. The practice is now part of KAYU Health, and existing appointments and records carry over. If you booked before the change, your appointment stands.
- Is this a med spa or a doctor's office?
- Both, in one room. The aesthetic side covers neuromodulators and filler, Morpheus8, microneedling, laser, facials and body contouring. The medical side covers hormone therapy, medical weight loss, IV therapy and pelvic floor care, prescribed off your labs by the same clinicians who do the aesthetics.
- Do you offer memberships?
- Five, sold through the clinic's scheduler: concierge hormone and wellness for women at $450 a month, concierge HRT for men at $450 a month, concierge hormone and wellness for men at $550 a month, Aesthetic Glow at $250 a month, and oral weight loss at $250 every six months. Single visits do not require one.
- Do I need to be a KAYU telehealth member to be seen here?
- No. You can book a single in-person visit without any membership. Membership matters for ongoing prescription care that is monitored between visits.
- What do treatments cost?
- Pricing depends on the treatment and, for prescription care, on what your labs show. The clinic quotes you during the consult before anything is scheduled. Patient financing is available through Cherry.
- Who actually performs the treatment?
- Narine Chilyan, DNP, AGNP-C, is the clinic's founder and sees patients directly. Aram Mkhitarian, DO, is a board-certified osteopathic physician who works alongside her on medical care.
- Do you draw labs at the clinic?
- Hormone and weight protocols are built from comprehensive bloodwork. Your clinician will tell you at the consult whether the draw happens on site or at a partner lab near you.
- Can I start in person and continue remotely?
- For hormone and weight care, yes. That is the point of having both. Aesthetic treatments always need you in the room.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Call the clinic for current availability. Same-week openings happen, and treatments that run as a series are easier to schedule if you book the whole series at once.
- What areas do you serve?
- The clinic sits in Chatsworth and regularly sees patients from Northridge, Granada Hills, Porter Ranch, Canoga Park, West Hills, Woodland Hills and Simi Valley.
- Is there a consultation fee?
- Ask when you book. Consult policy and any deposit for longer appointments are confirmed at the time of scheduling.
- What if I only want to talk to someone first?
- Call the clinic. A phone conversation about whether a treatment is worth your time is free, and it is a better use of a first visit than booking something you are unsure about.
