Dr. Aram Mkhitarian
Board-certified osteopathic physician with nearly two decades of clinical experience. Graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. Integrates conventional medicine with osteopathic principles and lifestyle-driven care.

Dr. Mkhitarian trained at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific — one of the foundational DO programs in the country — and has spent nearly two decades practicing integrative medicine across primary care, osteopathic manipulative treatment, and preventive health.
His core clinical belief: most health problems have both a biological and a structural component, and ignoring either half leaves patients cycling through incomplete treatments. That's why every KAYU protocol he oversees accounts for lifestyle, sleep, stress physiology, and musculoskeletal health alongside labs and medication.
As Medical Director, he signs off on KAYU's peptide and hormone optimization protocols, sets the clinical guardrails for the 503A pharmacy relationship, and reviews edge cases flagged by the care team.
“The body is a system. Treat the labs and forget the lifestyle and you're only halfway there. Treat the lifestyle and ignore the labs and you're guessing.”
