Energy, libido, strength - measured and restored.
Men don’t need to accept fatigue, low libido, or slow recovery as “normal.” KAYU runs the labs your primary care didn’t and builds the protocol your med spa wouldn’t.
Start men's protocol
One place for men's health.
The things men quietly put up with, low energy, soft drive, thinning hair, stubborn weight, foggy focus, are often connected and often treatable. KAYU brings them under one clinician-guided plan, built from your bloodwork rather than a guess.
Low testosterone
Fatigue, low drive, soft strength, and stubborn body fat can trace back to testosterone. A clinician confirms it with bloodwork before treating it.
Erectile and sexual health
Difficulty getting or keeping an erection, or a drop in desire. Often treatable, and sometimes an early signal worth a closer look at your health.
Hair loss
Thinning at the crown or a receding hairline. Male pattern hair loss responds best when treatment starts early and stays consistent.
Weight and metabolism
Weight that climbs and won't move despite the same effort. Metabolic and hormonal shifts make it harder, and clinical support can help.
Energy and sleep
Running on empty, poor recovery, and sleep that doesn't restore. Energy is downstream of hormones, sleep, and metabolic health together.
Mood and focus
Low motivation, irritability, and brain fog. These can be hormone-driven rather than just age, and they're worth investigating.
A licensed clinician confirms what's driving your symptoms with the right testing before recommending treatment. If something else fits better, they'll tell you, and help you find the right path.

How good men's care actually works.
Confirm with bloodwork
Symptoms point a direction, but they don't diagnose. A clinician confirms what's actually going on with the right labs, total and free testosterone, estradiol, metabolic markers, and more, before recommending anything.
Treat the system, not one number
Testosterone, sleep, metabolism, and sexual health are connected. A good plan looks at how they move together rather than chasing a single lab value in isolation, so the fix addresses the cause, not just the symptom.
Monitor and adjust
Your provider rechecks how you feel and your follow-up labs, then fine-tunes your protocol over time. Hormone therapy in particular needs ongoing oversight, which is built into KAYU care.
Treatments a provider may consider for you.
Testosterone
Replaces testosterone for men with lab-confirmed low T, supporting energy, drive, strength, and body composition under clinical monitoring.
Enclomiphene
Raises the body's own testosterone while helping preserve fertility, an option for men who want to maintain sperm production.
Sildenafil / Tadalafil (ED)
Prescription medications for erectile concerns, available only after a clinician reviews your heart history and any nitrate use for safety.
Finasteride / Minoxidil (hair)
The two best-studied treatments for male pattern hair loss, used to slow shedding and support regrowth when started early.
GLP-1 (weight)
GLP-1 therapy for men who qualify, paired with nutrition and habit support to make metabolic weight loss more achievable.
HCG
Sometimes added alongside testosterone therapy to help maintain testicular function and fertility, when a clinician finds it appropriate.
Which treatment is appropriate, and at what dose, is a clinical decision your provider makes from your symptoms and bloodwork. Erectile dysfunction medications are prescription-only and require a clinician to review your heart and nitrate safety first. Some products are compounded, are not FDA-approved, and require a prescription. Individual results vary.
A realistic timeline.
Many men notice steadier energy and sleep early, especially once a protocol is dialed in. Your provider checks in and answers questions as you begin.
Strength, libido, and recovery tend to build with a little time and adjustment. Your provider fine-tunes your plan based on your labs and how you feel.
Results hold and improve with a plan that's reviewed and adjusted alongside the rest of your health, not set once and forgotten.
Timelines are general and not a promise of results. Individual results vary, and your provider monitors your progress and adjusts your plan along the way.
Real clinicians, not a call center.
Your protocol is built and monitored by a licensed clinician, the same people who designed KAYU's care model. Named, credentialed, and accountable for your results.

Men's health FAQ.
What testosterone level counts as low?
Most labs flag total testosterone below 300 ng/dL, but that's a population floor, not a target. Many men with levels in the normal range still have real symptoms. A KAYU clinician reads your total testosterone, free testosterone, estradiol, and related markers together, alongside how you feel, before deciding whether treatment makes sense.
Are ED medications safe, and do I need a prescription?
Sildenafil and tadalafil are prescription-only. A licensed clinician reviews your heart history and any nitrate or blood pressure medications first, because these drugs can interact dangerously with nitrates. Erectile concerns can also be an early sign of an underlying issue, so a clinician looks at the bigger picture rather than just writing a script.
Will testosterone therapy affect my fertility?
Testosterone therapy can lower sperm production. If preserving fertility matters to you, tell your provider. They may use options like enclomiphene to raise your own testosterone, or add HCG alongside therapy, to help protect fertility while still treating your symptoms.
Can I treat hair loss, weight, and low T at the same time?
Yes. That's the point of a single men's health plan. A clinician can address hair, metabolic weight, sexual health, and hormones together when it's appropriate, designing a plan around your labs and goals so the pieces work together rather than in separate silos.
Do I need bloodwork to get started?
For hormone and metabolic care, in most cases yes. A licensed clinician reviews the right labs alongside your symptoms to confirm what's driving how you feel and to choose a safe plan, then rechecks over time. Some concerns, like hair loss, may need less testing.
Is this online, and do you take insurance or HSA / FSA?
Your consult and follow-ups happen online, and medication ships to your door, with bloodwork through an at-home kit or a nearby lab. You pay for your provider and care. If medication is prescribed, the pharmacy bills it separately at cost. No insurance is required, and many patients use HSA or FSA funds toward eligible care.
