Fine needles. Targeted radiofrequency.

ZenTite is a radiofrequency microneedling system. Fine needles enter the skin and deliver RF energy at selected depths, creating a controlled treatment response intended to support collagen remodeling. The goal is to improve the appearance of firmness, fine lines and uneven texture over time.

Your face and neck do not have the same skin thickness everywhere. ZenTite lets a clinician adjust needle depth, energy and pulse duration for each treatment area. Its vacuum-assisted tips help stabilize the skin during treatment. Those features support customization; they do not eliminate risk or guarantee a result.

The device is now at KAYU's Chatsworth clinic. A consultation comes first to review your skin, medical history and goals, and decide whether RF microneedling is appropriate. The areas treated, number of sessions, spacing and price are agreed before you proceed.

The technology

Precision comes from the plan.

01 / STEP technology

Energy, delivered in sequence.

STEP technology releases RF energy across the needle array in a timed sequence. Your clinician chooses the settings for the treatment area.

02 / Multiple layer control

Control at each layer.

Needle depth, power and pulse duration can be adjusted. The plan accounts for differences in skin thickness rather than using one setting everywhere.

03 / Vacuum assistance

A steadier treatment surface.

Vacuum-assisted tips help lift and stabilize the skin. A smart motor adjusts insertion force for skin resistance and the selected depth.

Device features described in the ZenTite patient brochure. Settings and suitability are clinical decisions. These features do not remove the risks of RF microneedling.

Whether this is the right treatment for you.

Worth booking if

  • You want to discuss early skin laxity, fine lines or uneven texture
  • You are considering treatment of the face or neck and want a clinician to assess the area
  • You understand that improvement develops gradually and results vary
  • You can follow aftercare instructions and allow time for recovery

Probably not if

  • You expect the degree of lifting that requires surgery
  • You have an active infection, open wound or irritated skin in the area
  • You need a guaranteed result or cannot allow any recovery time
  • Your clinician advises against treatment after reviewing your health history

What happens in the room.

  1. Start with a skin and health review

Tell the clinician about medications, implants, previous procedures, pigment changes, scarring, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any skin condition. Discuss the areas that bother you and the improvement you hope to see. Treatment is offered only if the assessment supports it.

  2. Prepare, then treat

Your clinician explains the plan and comfort options, which may include topical numbing. The handpiece treats the agreed area using selected depths and energy settings. You may feel warmth or pressure; comfort varies. Manufacturer guidance describes 30 to 60 minutes of treatment, with extra time for assessment and preparation.

  3. Leave with a recovery plan

Expect instructions for cleansing, sun protection, skincare and when to resume makeup or exercise. Temporary redness and swelling can occur. Check in with the clinic if symptoms worsen or do not follow the recovery plan. Follow-up and any additional sessions depend on your response.

Risks and what we tell every patient.

RF microneedling is a medical procedure that combines skin penetration and heat. It requires a qualified clinician, a suitability assessment and careful choice of settings. It is not a substitute for surgical lifting.

Redness, swelling, tenderness and pinpoint bleeding can occur. The manufacturer describes redness lasting around 24 to 48 hours in typical cases, but recovery can take longer and differs by person, area and treatment settings.

More serious complications reported with certain uses of RF microneedling include burns, scarring, fat loss, nerve damage and disfigurement. Some injuries require medical or surgical treatment. The FDA highlighted these risks in its October 2025 safety communication; this is a class-wide caution, not a finding specific to ZenTite.

Tell your clinician about all medications, implanted devices, pregnancy or breastfeeding, healing problems, prior pigment changes, scars and recent treatments. Ask about the clinician's training with this device, the expected recovery and the alternatives before deciding.

Contact the clinic promptly for worsening pain, blistering, signs of infection or unexpected skin changes. Seek urgent medical care for severe symptoms. Your clinician will explain which symptoms need immediate attention and how to reach the team.

ZenTite RF Microneedling questions.

What is ZenTite?
ZenTite is an RF microneedling device. It uses fine needles to deliver radiofrequency energy at selected depths in the skin. A clinician may recommend it to address the appearance of skin laxity, fine lines or uneven texture after assessing your suitability.
How is it different from regular microneedling?
Standard microneedling makes small punctures in the skin without RF energy. ZenTite adds heat delivered through the needle array. This changes the treatment effect, recovery and risk profile. More technology does not automatically make it the right choice for your skin.
What do STEP technology and vacuum tips do?
STEP is ZenTite's timed sequence of RF delivery across its needle array. The device also allows control of depth, energy and pulse duration. Vacuum-assisted tips help lift and stabilize the skin. These are device features described by the manufacturer, not promises of a painless or risk-free treatment.
Can it treat the neck or skin around the eyes?
The manufacturer describes use in delicate areas including the neck and around the eyes. Whether an area is suitable for you depends on the clinician's assessment, training and treatment plan. An example photo does not establish that every person or every part of the eye area should be treated.
Does ZenTite hurt?
You may feel warmth, pressure or discomfort. Topical numbing may be used as part of your plan. Sensation depends on the treatment area, settings and your sensitivity; we do not describe the treatment as painless.
How much downtime should I plan for?
Temporary redness and swelling are possible. Manufacturer guidance describes redness around 24 to 48 hours in typical cases, but your recovery may be longer. Plan around the instructions your clinician gives you rather than assuming you can return to every activity immediately.
How many sessions will I need, and when will results appear?
There is no fixed KAYU protocol for everyone. Your clinician recommends session count and spacing after reviewing the area and goals, and reassesses your response. Changes related to collagen remodeling develop over time. The six-week examples on this page are individual manufacturer examples, not a guaranteed timeline.
Is ZenTite better than Morpheus8?
They are different RF microneedling systems. KAYU Chatsworth offers both, and the choice should follow your skin assessment, goals and the clinician's experience with each device. The supplied material does not establish that one is universally better or safer.
Are the before and after photos KAYU patients?
No. These are manufacturer-supplied treatment examples. Where the source identifies timing and a physician, we show that information with the photos. Individual results vary, and these examples do not predict your result.
What does it cost, and where is it available?
ZenTite at KAYU Chatsworth is $850 for full face, $1,000 for face and neck, or $1,250 for face, neck and eyelids. Appointments are 60 minutes with Narine Chilyan. Your clinician confirms suitability and the areas to be treated before proceeding. This is an in-person procedure, not an online treatment.
