Narine Chilyan
Over a decade in healthcare, from ICU critical care to functional medicine. MSN from Chamberlain University, DNP from Charles R. Drew University. Created the Ten Top Tips for Transforming Health — a habit-based program for lasting weight loss and vitality. Her mission at KAYU: redefine beauty and wellness as one.

Narine's path to functional medicine started in the ICU, where she spent her early career watching patients cycle through crisis care that never addressed the root of why they landed in the hospital in the first place. That gap became her north star.
After earning her MSN from Chamberlain University and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Charles R. Drew University, she built her practice around the belief that most chronic conditions — fatigue, weight gain, mood, hormonal disruption — are downstream of measurable, fixable biomarkers.
At KAYU, she serves as Clinical Director and personally reviews the hormonal and longevity protocols for a significant share of members. She created KAYU's Ten Top Tips for Transforming Health — a habit-based companion framework patients receive alongside their medical protocol.
“Every patient's biology tells a story — and in ten years of practice I've learned that when you actually read the story carefully, the treatment writes itself.”
