Memberships start at $199/month (Root) and include quarterly bloodwork - KAYU pays Quest direct. Branch is $499/month and adds fully-included hormones (no per-dose charge). Canopy is $799/month with concierge access and overnight Rx. Just want a one-time second opinion? The Consult is $49.99 and credits toward your first month if you join. The pharmacy bills you directly for medication - always at cost, never marked up by us.

Is this HSA / FSA eligible?

Yes. All KAYU clinician services, labs, and treatment plan consults are eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement. Prescribed medications are also eligible in most cases. You'll receive itemized receipts for every charge.

Do you take insurance?

KAYU is self-pay only right now. We believe transparent pricing + no insurance gatekeeping is the right model for this category of care. Most members find the membership plus HSA/FSA makes it comparable to insurance co-pays - without the prior auths.

Yes. KAYU is HIPAA-compliant end to end. Supabase (BAA signed), Daily.co (BAA signed) for video, DoseSpot for e-prescribing. Your labs, chats, and treatment plans are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell or share PHI with advertisers.

What if the treatment plan doesn't work?

Your treatment plan is not fire-and-forget. Your provider reviews repeat labs at 60 and 120 days and adjusts your dose, medication, or approach based on how your body is actually responding. If something isn't working, we change it - that's the point of lab-driven care. You can cancel membership any time with no fees or contract.

Who owns my lab data?

You do. Every lab result, consult note, and treatment plan in KAYU belongs to you - not us. You can export your records in PDF at any time, share them with your PCP, or take them to another provider if you ever leave. We store data to deliver care and for required medical record retention; we never sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

Can I keep working with my PCP alongside KAYU?

Absolutely, and we encourage it. KAYU is built to complement primary care, not replace it. Your provider will share lab results and treatment plan summaries with your PCP on request, and we coordinate around any existing prescriptions you're already taking. The goal is one coherent plan across your whole care team - not isolated silos.
