What if I don't want to order or subscribe?
You don't have to. The $49 covered the consult. Nothing else gets charged. Most patients use the consult to decide direction, then either pick a membership for the bloodwork + discount or order one product à la carte.
How does the credit get applied?
Stripe puts the $49 on your customer balance after you pay. The next time you buy anything through KAYU — peptide order, hormone order, or membership — the $49 is automatically deducted at checkout. You don't need a coupon code or to ask anyone.
What's the 30-day window?
You have 30 days from your consult to either order something through KAYU or pick a membership and have the $49 applied. After that, the credit expires. Most patients use it within a week.
Can I do bloodwork on Seed?
Yes — you can order bloodwork through KAYU at full Quest direct-pay price (typically $200–$800 depending on panel). Or save by upgrading: Root covers a quarterly peptide panel (~$2,200/yr value), Branch covers the combined panel (~$3,200/yr value).
Most Seed patients upgrade to Root within 30 days — the $49 applies to the first month, and the bloodwork + tracking + 20% off pays for itself the first quarter.
